The annual function is held in October / November each year before the Diwali break, bringing together the many accomplishments and activities of the school year.

During the day, academic exhibitions showcase the year's learning and activities, followed by performing arts and the annual prize giving in the evening.

A board meeting also takes place on this day, making the occasion an important part of the school's annual calendar.
